Pre-Conference Workshops
A number of half and full day pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday 29th September. Workshops range from multimedia, robotics, games in learning and animation.
Delegates will have an exclusive opportunity to attend workshops provided by the Award Winning, Academy of Interactive Entertainment.
Date: Monday 29 September (full day 9am-4pm, morning 9am-12pm, afternoon 1pm-4pm)

Cartoons and Animation
Walt Disney once said “If you can dream it, you can do it.” He was of course referring to the art of animation, and that anything is possible if you have the patience, ideas and drive. This whole day, project-based workshop will instruct teachers on all they need to know to create engaging interactive content with Flash.

Educational Tours
Three educational tours will run from 1pm to 4:30pm on Thursday 2 October. You can choose from one of the following destinations:
• CSIRO Discovery Centre (limited to 30 participants only)
• Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex or
• the National Museum of Australia.
The cost is $22 (GST included)

Leadership Forum
Following the successful Leadership Forum at ACEC‘06, ACCE will again bring together key leaders and decision makers in the education and ICT field for a workshop. At the previous forum the paper on Leadership and Multi literacies that was created has been a cornerstone for many of the political, both state and federal, decisions during the past two years.
This is an opportunity not to be missed. The forum will have limited numbers. It costs $55 to
